The Training and Placement, Career counseling Cell of Inamdar college of Pharmacy provides guidance and all the assistance to the students in order to achieve their career goals. The cell takes right steps in identifying the demands of the current industries and prepares our students towards this need. Adequate emphasis is given for soft skill development complementing the regular academic programmers. Aptitude tests and group discussions are conducted at regular intervals to enable the students to improve their performance in competitive exams. The Placement Officer who will heads this unit, who is assisted by faculty and student representatives Our college also welcomes guest lectures and visiting faculty members for training students including faculty members also.
The goal of the Training & Placement Cell of the Institute is to provide employment opportunities and world class training to students in leading organizations/Industry. It further provides ample opportunities to the students to develop their personality by conducting programs regularly on communication and other soft skills.
Role and Responsibilities of Training & Placement Cell
- To look after the training and placement activities of students.
- To have close liaison with industry for placement of students
- To work in consultation with Coordinator Industry‐Institute Interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals from industry.
- Arrange Training programmes for soft and for interview facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.
